About

The Short Version -

Ayron Started her career in sports as an usher for the San Jose Sharks, working her way onto the promotional team, then an arena tour guide, community relations interns, and finally, game presentation manager. After the Sharks Organization, she was recruited by the Detroit Red Wings to be their first ever full-time Executive Producer, Game Entertainment. In Detroit she created the Integrated Media Department, combining game presentation, video production, websites, social media, and publications under one cohesive strategy.  After leaving the Red Wings, she then launched 4 professional sport franchises in 5 years. The Vegas Golden Knights (NHL 2017), Henderson Silver Knights (AHL 2020/21), Seattle Kraken (NHL 2021) and Glacier Range Riders (PBL 2022). She has always been a dynamic storyteller using not just the scoreboard, but the structural elements of a venue to craft unique experiences for fans.

 

She is the founder of and then..., a consulting firm that focuses on helping other entertainment entities fill the gaps they may have in areas of show design, character development, sponsorship activation, fan experience, and team skills.
